    1. Will it work on any computer?
    Yes.

    2. Will it work on all browsers?
    Yes, although older versions of Chrome may have some issues. It's advisable to keep your browser up-to-date.

    3. Do I need a high-speed internet connection to watch?
    Yes.

    4. Can I watch on my smartphone?
    It's best to watch on a computer.

    5. Will it work on an iPad?
    Yes.

    6. Do I need to download or install any software to watch the stream?
    No.

    7. What do I get with the Virtual Conference?
    You can watch the LIVE stream of all lectures in Magnolia A as they happen, access all available lecture handouts, and receive copies of all MP3 audio files.

    8. How will I know when the stream is live?
    Cameras activate approximately 15 minutes before the first lecture, turn off during lunch, and resume 15 minutes before the afternoon session. Cameras will be running between sessions.

    9. I’m in a different time zone. When do I watch?
    Streaming times are based on Eastern Standard Time.

    10. Can I view the streaming at a later time?
    No, this is a LIVE stream in Eastern Daylight Time.

    11. Are any full-day classes or workshops going to be streamed?
    Only lectures in Magnolia A are available for the Live Stream.

    12. How do I watch the Virtual Conference?
    Detailed instructions will be emailed a few days prior to the LIVE Stream, including a link and login.

    13. When do I receive my recordings?
    The custom USB flash drive cards will be sent within approximately 60 days after the event.

    14. How do I ensure a good stream experience?
    Close all other applications and windows while viewing the stream.

    15. The stream keeps stopping or buffering. What should I do?
    Clear your browser’s cache before starting the stream. If issues persist, refer to instructions for clearing cache: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache

    16. If I have trouble accessing the LIVE Stream, how do I get help?
    Office staff is available on Friday only at 570-869-1021 from 9 AM – 5 PM EDT. On Saturday and Sunday, use the contact information on the streaming site login page.
