Exhibit fee includes ONE 6’ draped table with 2 chairs. (NO extra tables unless you pay for them.)
Setup must be completed between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. on Friday, May 19th, 2023.
All exhibits must be broken down and removed by 6 p.m. on Sunday, May 21st, 2023.
Bring Extension Cords! Electricity is available to those who need it...
(Requesting items from the hotel will result in you being charged fees accordingly.)
Doors open to the public at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, May 19th. Any exhibit table not set up
and occupied by 12 noon on Friday may be canceled/reassigned without refund.
Note: If for any reason this application is denied, payment will be immediately refunded)
