CONFERENCE EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • The exhibit fee includes ONE 6’ draped table with two chairs.
    • (NO extra tables will be provided unless you pay for them.)
  • Setup MUST be completed between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. on Friday, May 16th, 2025.
  • All exhibits MUST be broken down and removed by 6 p.m. on Sunday, May 18th, 2025.
  • Electricity is available to those who need it. Bring Extension Cords!
    • (Requesting items from the hotel will result in you being charged fees accordingly.)
  • Doors open to the public at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, May 16th.
    • Any exhibit table not set up and occupied by noon on Friday may be canceled/reassigned without a refund.
Note: If for any reason this application is denied, payment will be immediately refunded)
