CONFERENCE EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • The exhibit fee includes one 6’ draped table and two chairs.
    (Additional tables are not provided unless purchased separately.)

  • Exhibit setup must be completed between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. on Friday, May 1st, 2026.

  • All exhibits must be dismantled and removed by 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 3rd, 2026.

  • Electricity is available if needed. Exhibitors must bring their own extension cords.
    (Any items requested directly from the hotel may result in additional charges.)

  • The exhibit hall opens to the public at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, May 1st, 2026.

  • Any exhibit table not fully set up and occupied by 12:00 p.m. on Friday may be canceled or reassigned without refund.

Note: If for any reason this application is denied, payment will be immediately refunded)
